WCRIS has published an appendix to the 2020-21 WCRIS Legal Handbook.
The appendix is designed to update principals on the latest legal information and recommend best practices that have emerged since our last edition.
To save our members’ money, the appendix was created instead of printing a new handbook. It is only available electronically.
WCRIS members can access the appendix on our website’s Member Portal. You can do so by entering your username (typically your email address) and password. You can reset your password on the website if you have an existing account. If you’ve never logged in before, click on the “Sign Up Here” link to create an account. Please allow two business days for us to approve your new account.
We suggest printing the 14-page guide and inserting it in your current hard copy WCRIS Legal Handbook.
A new edition of the WCRIS Legal Handbook will be published in August 2023 and will include the laws that are covered in the appendix in addition to any new laws passed by the Legislature.
