Claim Your Child Tax Rebate
Act 367 grants households a $100 rebate on the sales tax on items purchased for raising a child. Individuals can apply for the rebate from now until July 2, 2018. Children under the age of 18 on December 31, 2017, can be claimed. Information can be found here.
Gov. brings Sales Tax Holiday to Wisconsin
Act 367 implements a Wisconsin sales tax holiday from August 1 through August 5, 2018. During this period, certain items are temporally exempt from the state sales tax. More information about the tax holiday and exempt items, can be found on the DOR website here.
