There are four recent updates to the DPI’s COVID-19 Special Education Question and Answer Document:

  1. There is a clarification that the use of the I-10 form cannot take the place of an annual IEP team meeting [see section H1 of the document].
  2. There are three new questions discussing the use of the I-10 form for placement during COVID-19 [see section H4].
  3. There is information on unexcused absences in virtual learning [section L5], and
  4. Information on equitable services for parentally-placed private school students [section O1].
