If you would like WCRIS to send you an invoice for the 2018 Professional Learning Conference, please follow the instructions below:
In the form below please fill in:
- Your Name;
- Your Email;
- In the Message box: All the names and emails of those attending, along with yourself if you are attending;*
- The name and address of your school;
- The name and address that the invoice should be addressed to;
- Any promotional codes;
*We will only count the names listed in the Message box as attendees. Any name not listed in the box will not be registered.
Cancellation Policy: We cannot refund tickets after July 1, 2018. Any refund prior to July 1, 2018, will receive 50% back.
