What should I wear?
Where should I stay?
For your convenience, WCRIS has reserved a block of rooms at the Glacier Canyon Lodge attached to the conference center with a special rate of $209.99/night plus applicable fees. This special rate can be used to stay at the Lodge from Thurs., Aug. 10 through Sun., Aug 13. This rate includes waterpark wristbands for each person staying per one room to be used at any of the waterparks at the Wilderness. The Wilderness is the largest combo indoor/outdoor waterpark in the country.
Should your budget not allow for the WCRIS room block rate, you can call ahead NOW and book outside of the block for a possible lower rate at $189.99/night for an overnight on Thurs. Aug 10. Room rates for that weekend outside of the WCRIS room block are at least $330.00/night.
An additional option for families planning to stay for the weekend or for a school that wants to bring their whole teaching staff includes renting one of the large cabins on the property. There are several options with the smallest accommodating up to 10 people and the largest up to 20.
What is there to do in the Dells other than the WCRIS conference?
Outside of the Wilderness you will find plenty of shopping, additional waterparks and golf courses, hiking and outdoor sports, boat and watercraft rentals, fine dining to enjoy and much more. In fact, you could spend eight hours a day for an entire month exploring all of the attractions the Dells have to offer.
Come join us at the WCRIS conference for seven hours on Friday, Aug. 11 and spend the rest of your weekend exploring all the WI Dells have to offer. This is your opportunity to have one last blast for the summer!
The Sundara Spa at the Wilderness
Book a package or select from a variety of services to refresh and rejuvenate before the start of another school year.
Wild Rock Golf Club at the Wilderness
