School administrators don’t always have the extra time it takes to investigate new programs that may benefit their schools or the ability to easily step into the process necessary to participate. WCRIS recognized this problem and wants to help your school take advantage of every opportunity available.
Laura Sumner-Coon has joined the WCRIS staff as the first School Programs Coordinator. You can read more about Laura and her background here.
Laura is now available to meet with your school leaders, pastors, board members, congregations and parents in your school community to answer questions and have in-depth discussions on how and why these Private School Choice Programs may be an appropriate option for your school.
If your school is already in one of the Choice programs, Laura can help you better understand the DPI accountability reports that will be available to the public this Fall. She can also assist schools that have gone through a staff change and need temporary assistance or schools that need support during the Choice audit.
