WCRIS has been contacted by the Selective Service Board and asked to enlist our schools’ assistance in reminding our Junior and Senior high school students that all young men are required to register for the Selective Service within 30 days of their 18th birthday.
Failing to do so may prevent them from getting college loans and job training, along with other federal benefits.
Schools and guidance offices can support the nationwide effort to keep men in compliance with the law by going here for official posters and other easy-to-use flyers and information.
