The governor invites students to create ornaments that capture “175 Years of Wisconsinites” for the iconic Christmas tree in the Capitol’s Rotunda.
He wrote in a letter to Wisconsin educators and students, “I encourage students to make ornaments that reflect what Wisconsin means to you and who Wisconsin is to you,” stating that that could be a historical Wisconsin figure or a teacher, parent, librarian or coach.
Send your students’ ornaments to Madison by Nov. 22. Go here for details.
