Schools must submit their proposed attendance area to the affected school boards by April 1 (which is a Saturday). Missing the deadline could result in students not being transported by the district to your school in the 2023-24 school year.
School boards may require a specific format for your submissions, but most principals use online maps to draw the boundaries of their attendance area. Here are instructions on how to do it using Google Maps.
A list of students needing transportation is then due by May 15.
