All schools that are fully accredited provide DPI with a letter from accrediting agency confirming current year status.

Deadline to submit the 2nd Friday in January Report in OAS and any applications for enrolled choice student not submitted by Feb. 1.

Schools report in OAS students that remained on their waiting list after the 2nd Friday in January count.

Make non-grade changes in OAS by emailing privateschoolchoice@dpi.wi.gov with the following information:   student's current name and current birthdate in OAS, the information that needs to be changed and, if the change is to the student's legal name or birth date, proof of the change.

See the SCHOOL REGISTRATION PAGE for additional information on rules and timelines regarding Open Application Periods.  Schools can accept PSCP student applications only during the Open Application Period.  Note that Open Application Periods differ for all 3 programs.  Schools participating in the WPCP may only accept applications from February 1 - April 20, 2017. MPCP and RPCP schools cannot change their Open Application Periods after January 10, 2017.

Any school that the DPI determined was not financially viable must submit a budget, cash flow statement and new turnaround plan by this date.
