All schools may send WISEid request files generated from their Student Information System (SIS) for new students to be reported in the 2016-17 school year.

EdCamp is an "unconference" for educators. The day's agenda is set by the participants at the start of the event. Attendees are encouraged to come with ideas for session presentations or to come with topics of interest for a few hours of listening. Sessions must pertain to any education topic. For example, sessions can explain a technology tool, discuss best practices for assessments or explore new ideas for the classroom. All schools that participated in the PSCP in the 2015-2016 school year must complete the 2015-16 Attendance reporting in WISEdata.

In order to request grade changes to applications in OAS, the school should email privateschoolchoice@doi.wi.gov with the following: student's name and birth date, the incorrect grade level and the correct grade.

All schools must submit the Disclosure of Information form to DPPI, including all signatures of governing board members. Any new or updated policies at continuing schools must be included with this form.

All schools new to the PSCP in 2016-2017 must meet requirements to show proof of insurance, fidelity bond, preaccreditation, final budget approval and certificate of occupancy, if applicable.
