All private schools in Wisconsin must complete the PI-1207 Private School Report (school-wide enrollment as of the 3rd Friday in September) by October 15, 2017.  A link will be emailed to each school from the DPI Customer Services Team.  The report stays open until December 15 for corrections identified through the September Enrollment Audits.
